Loving Life and Thirty-One!!

I'm a bit behind on my blog, but all for a good reason! I have been so busy!!

Delilah and I went to Thirty-One's National Conference (Ohio) in July and both fell in love with Thirty-One all over again!! It truly re-solidified why Thirty-One is in our lives!!

(Cindy truly seems so genuine!! One of the girls you just want to hang out with and watch a fun chick-flick!!)

One of my favorite parts of conference was finally meeting my fabulous Director, Amanda Graves!! She is one of the founding consultants for Thirty-One and a Senior Executive Director! I want to be like her when I grow up!! She is truly amazing and I feel so fortunate to be on her team!!Amanda and I with all our ribbons!

My favorite part?? Anyone who promotes to Director, Senior Director or Senior Executive Director gets to cross the stage and have a short photo opp with Cindy!

I received 3 white roses for promoting to Senior Consultant (SC), a dozen red roses for promoting to Director and a framed Thirty-One $1000 bill for receiving my bonus!! Delilah and I got stopped in the airport because of our flowers...they thought we were in a wedding!

I can't say enough good things about Thirty-One and what it has done for my family! It has truly allowed me to become a Stay-At-Home Mommy/Work-At-Home Mommy! I wouldn't trade it for the world!!

Brooks and I thought we were going to make sacrifices by allowing me to stay at home...however, through Thirty-One we have earned two vacations!! My husband and I are about to join other Directors and fly to Mexico for the Leadership Trip!! In addition, I earned a Carnival Cruise for two and we will be departing from Galveston in February and going to Key West, Freeport and Nassau (Bahamas). We can't wait!! ...although it does make us a bit teary to leave our little girl behind.

I cannot wrap my head around how fast Thirty-One is growing! My team is a direct reflection of this! For the month of August, my team gained 40 new consultants (we grew by 50%!! ...from 80 to 120!!). I also set a team record and had 14 personal recruits last month!! As of today, my team has 135 women...not even a year and a half after I joined.

I normally send an informational email to potential recruits! However, since my blog has been generating such wonderful traffic...they have been emailing me instead!! Several of my new team members have been a result of my blog...wow!!

With that said, I figured I would include some information so that future readers know what it takes to get started!! ...or for those of you who may be curious!

Our Spring/Summer catalog was just released on February 1st!! The Fall/Winter catalog will launch on August 1st!!

As a Thirty-One Consultant:

-$250 commission on your sales
-1000 points to go towards a DREAM vacation
-$50+ Conference Bucks to help pay your way to our National Conference
-Over $300 in products with our fabulous Consultant Kit

My journey with Thirty-One...

My name is Kristen Brininstool and I am a Director for Thirty-One! I began my career as a consultant in May of 2009 when my daughter was 8 months old. I wanted to be able to stay at home with her and working for Thirty-One has allowed me to do so!

Prior to the birth of my daughter, I had been working at a local stationery and gift store. It was a happy place that sold anything and everything that was cute, personalized, bright, etc!! Needless to say, when my sister-in-law discovered Thirty-One…she immediately thought of me!! I had never been interested in any of the Direct Sales companies…but Thirty-One just spoke to me! I quickly became obsessed with wanting to start this journey and my husband fully supported my decision. He wanted me to find something where I could bring home at least $500 a month…so far I am at least doubling or tripling this (and he is still in awe at my success).

Thirty-One is a faith based company whose name is derived from Proverbs 31. The founder’s mission is to celebrate, reward and encourage the woman in the family…and that is exactly what we do!!

Seriously excited about Thirty-One...SERIOUSLY!!

I have to say, I think this is the most excited I have been about Thirty-One since my initial introduction to the company!!

First of all, I received a $1000 bonus this month for meeting my Director requirements for my first three consecutive months!! Woohoo!! You just won't believe your eyes...fabulous things are happening with Thirty-One!!

It's true folks...it's true. My last hostess, AKA Teri (one of my many wonderful sister in laws), held the most AmAzInG party!! Her party totaled a whopping $2306.50!!! She now holds the record for my biggest party!! She truly is the "Hostess with the Mostess." She earned so many free goodies that she didn't know what to do with herself!! I think she got ALL of her holiday shopping taken care of!! (expect for a boy here and there)

She earned 20% in FREE goodies ($461.30), 5 half price items, FREE shipping and the Large Utility Tote for only $5!! She truly got some amazing, personalized gifts!! Family, friends, teachers...you name it, they will now be receiving a phenomenal personalized gift from Thirty-One!!

Last but not least, I would like to recognize my wonderful team!! First off, let me tell you how easy it has been to recruit fellow consultants...everyone I meet simply LOVES the products, so they have just wanted to jump on board!! Personally, I know have 6 consultants that I have directly recruited!! When Melanie and Tiffany qualified I became promoted to Senior Consultant. Last month, Sarah and Gina became qualified, which puts me in qualification status to become promoted to Director!! I am beyond excited about my success with Thirty-One and this upcoming promotion. I will officially be a Director as of the end of October! I began my Thirty-One career on May 1st...nearly 6 months later, November 1st I am receiving a huge promotion!

In addition, I want to welcome Betsy and Cassie to my team!! I would also like to congratulate all of my recruits...on their recruits!! As a team we have SIXTEEN wonderful women (from Texas (San Antonio, West Texas and the Panhandle), New York and Maine!! Way to go ladies!! This is awesome for a team that is only 5 and a half months old!! I am looking forward to working with each of you on a more personal level and my new role with Thirty-One.

I truly feel completely blessed that I found Thirty-One. There are so many things that I love about it...Christian based, the CUTE items we sell, personalized/monogrammed, the people I have met (who work for the company and at parties), my financial success, being able to be a stay at home Mom and be there for my daughter, running my own business...and so much more!!
